Chunky Brown Brimmed Beanie

This chunky brimmed beanie was crocheted with a cocoa brown organic cotton yarn. This high quality yarn is so soft you will have to feel it for yourself to believe me! I designed this pattern myself because I loved the texture of the basket weave stitch. The brim is pliable enough to be shaped as you prefer, but firm enough to stay in place once you find your perfect shape.

A vintage button secures a cotton flower onto the side of the hat. The flower can be easily removed to be replaced with another flower.

This sweet handmade hat was crocheted with a soft acrylic yarn. The main body of the hat is a soft gray and white combination and the brim is all gray. I designed this pattern myself because I loved the texture of the basket weave stitch. The brim is pliable enough to be shaped as you prefer, but firm enough to stay in place once you find your perfect shape.

For me, a hat needs to be something stylish, warm, reflective of my personality and mood, and easily transitioned from dress to casual. It needs to be able to withstand the busyness of my day-to-day life without completely ruining my hair. I demand a lot from my hats, and this one definitely answers!

The yarn is machine wash and dryable, but I would wash with care just to be on the safe side.
